i18n(chat): translate the delete-everywhere / restore strings (8 languages)

Back-fills the 14 new chat delete/restore keys additively into de/es/fr/pt/ru/
zh/ja/ko (2460 -> 2474 each), matching each file's established terminology
(conversation, Delete, Restore, sync, seed phrase, shielded/z address, scan,
device, chain, fee) — translated + reviewed per language. Rebuilds
NotoSansCJK-Subset.ttf (2104 -> 2107 glyphs) to cover 3 new CJK glyphs (微, 曾,
伝) the new zh/ja strings introduced, so they don't render as tofu.
