test: merge feature/autoshield-coinbase into v1.1.0 for isolated testing
Not for release. Built solely to exercise auto-shield-coinbase on an isolated mining chain, since the feature is a no-op on a non-mining node (the canary seed has no balance, no z-address, no coinbase, and does not mine). Merge is clean: util/build-win.sh auto-merged, keeping both our ARCH=default and their -Wa,-mbig-obj. Checkpoints, verify-once guard and the version bump all survive.
