4cb5a86056 Rebrand hush3 to DragonX: binaries, defaults, and build system 
- Rename binaries: hushd/hush-cli/hush-tx → dragonxd/dragonx-cli/dragonx-tx
- Default to DRAGONX chain params without -ac_* flags (randomx, blocktime=36, private=1)
- Update configure.ac: AC_INIT([DragonX],[1.0.0])
- Update client version string and user-agent to /DragonX:1.0.0/
- Add chainparams.cpp with DRAGONX network parameters
- Update build.sh, miner.cpp, pow.cpp for DragonX
- Add bootstrap-dragonx.sh utility script
- Update .gitignore for release directory

5273f4be9e Give Hush mainnet a dedicated minimum protocol version #345 
Hush and DragonX do not have the same requirements for which nodes they
should talk to because they don't necessarily have consensus changes at
the same time. For instance, 3.10.0 was a consensus change for Hush but
not DragonX. This commit changes things so that Hush nodes will no
longer talk to old nodes that are not consensus compatible but leaves
things the same for DragonX mainnet, which has never had a consensus
change.

be16f80abc Hush Full Node is now GPLv3 
Any projects which want to use Hush code from now on will need to be licensed as
GPLv3 or we will send the lawyers: https://www.softwarefreedom.org/

Notably, Komodo (KMD) is licensed as GPLv2 and is no longer compatible to receive
code changes, without causing legal issues. MIT projects, such as Zcash, also cannot pull
in changes from the Hush Full Node without permission from The Hush Developers,
which may in some circumstances grant an MIT license on a case-by-case basis.

8bc4461326 Add NODE_BLOOM service bit and bump protocol version 
Lets nodes advertise that they offer bloom filter support explicitly.
The protocol version bump allows SPV nodes to assume that NODE_BLOOM is
set if NODE_NETWORK is set for pre-170004 nodes.

Also adds an option to turn bloom filter support off for nodes which
advertise a version number >= 170004. Nodes attempting to use bloom
filters on such protocol versions are banned, and a later upgade
should drop nodes of an older version which attempt to use bloom
filters.

Much code stolen from Peter Todd.

Zcash: Implements Zcash equivalent of BIP 111; deploys with Overwinter
