373afcb499 Use correct regtest genesis block hash 
komodod now starts up and dies with InvalidChainFound, I think due to
checkpoints:

call komodo_args.(./src/komodod) NOTARY_PUBKEY.()
initialized  at 1526749522
finished loading blocks
