Seeds

Utility to generate the seeds.txt list that is compiled into the client (see src/chainparamsseeds.h and other utilities in contrib/seeds).

Updating seeds

Update contrib/seeds/nodes_main.txt and run make seeds in the hush root directory of this repo (not the directory of this README) to update src/chainparamsseeds.h then commit the result.
