i18n(wallet): translate the note-consolidation strings (8 languages)

Translate the three new keys (auto_consolidate, tt_auto_consolidate,
wallet_size_auto_info) and re-translate the three reworded ones (wallet_size_warn,
tt_wallet_size_warn, consolidate_desc) into de, es, fr, ja, ko, pt, ru, zh
(res/lang/*.json, 2509 → 2512 keys each), so the "what are notes / why
consolidate" education and the auto-consolidation toggle read natively in every
language. Each was grounded in its file's existing terminology for consolidate /
transaction / fee / balance / sync / shielded, with a single consistent rendering
of the crypto term "note" per language (e.g. ru «заметка», zh 票据, witness data
见证数据).

Rebuilt the CJK subset font (NotoSansCJK-Subset.ttf, 2115 → 2123 glyphs) for the
eleven new glyphs the translations introduce (千堆巧幣悄枚溜財 + ko 띄슷였).
