fix(i18n): correct the consolidation wording — it doesn't shrink the file
The note/consolidation strings promised the wallet "shrinks" / "stays small", but consolidation can't shrink wallet.dat (Berkeley DB never shrinks in place) — it reduces the note count so the wallet scans faster and stops growing, and the freed space is reclaimed only by Compact. Reword consolidate_desc, wallet_size_warn, wallet_size_auto_info and tt_wallet_size_warn to say exactly that (the tooltip now points at Compact). English only; the 8 locales keep their prior translations until the next pass. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
