Jonas Schnelli 65f10e0ffc fix jonasschnelli's gitian key 
There where two keys in the keyfile and it also had a missing "-key" in the filename.

1. Remove the default format (binary) because `rest/block/<hash>/Hex` would end up delivering binary data.
2. List available formats when chosen format was not found (reduces need for documentation)
3. Change url syntax to dot extension like format chosing (like `rest/tx/<hash>.json`

Jonas Schnelli 409e9ef04c [OSX, docs] update some release build informations 
- switching release builds to 10.7
- release binary looks like 64bit only
- tested up to 10.10
- gitian builder builds against 10.7. The docs should be consistant.
- remove 32bit text because nowadays it's obvious to support 64bit only on OSX.

Jonas Schnelli e790d47785 new toolbar icon for liunx/win fix #2518 
On black toolbars, the new icon doesn't look very well.
Now the toolbar icon has again a transparent "B" for better style on toolbars.
Does not affect the mac client.

Jonas Schnelli f95279ba79 fixes #2506: mac binary with proper version and copyright meta-informations (Info.plist) 
Due a bug in QT (https://bugreports.qt-project.org/browse/QTBUG-21267), the mac binary of the last release contains bulk meta informations.

The url-handler (bitcoin://) is also not working in current release

Should be fixed with this commit.
