# Seeds

Utility to generate the seeds.txt list that is compiled into the client
|
|
(see [src/chainparamsseeds.h](hush/hush3/src/branch/master/src/chainparamsseeds.h) and other utilities in [contrib/seeds](hush/hush3/src/branch/master/contrib/seeds/)).

## Updating seeds
|
|
|
|
Update [contrib/seeds/nodes_main.txt](hush/hush3/src/branch/master/contrib/seeds/nodes_main.txt) and run `./contrib/seeds/generate-seeds.py contrib/seeds > src/chainparamsseeds.h` in the hush root directory of this repo (not the directory of this README) to update [src/chainparamsseeds.h](hush/hush3/src/branch/master/src/chainparamsseeds.h) then commit the result.
