Auto merge of #3611 - bitcartel:3467_add_sapling_benchmarks, r=bitcartel
Closes #3467. Add benchmarks for Sapling spends and outputs. Four new benchmarks are added to RPC zcbenchmark: - createsaplingspend - createsaplingoutput - verifysaplingspend - verifysaplingoutput
